AEP v6.06 - Unicode release

We are happy to announce AEP v6.06
In this build we made main GUI application fully unicode compatible (it means that in fully supports filenames with national characters), fixed some problems with password in Self-Extracting modules.
To improve compatibility with Windows 10, we removed skins support from the application.
