Since version 4.7.0, AEP has special tool the "Clipboard Encryptor". Its icon is located in the tray notification area:
the Clipboard Encryptor provides convenient way to encrypt text messages in the clipboard by using keyboard's global hot keys.
By default, the Clipboard Encryptor program is not launched. But you can launch it manually from Start->Programs->Advanced Encryption Package menu. Or from main AEP program: Menu / Tools / Clipboard Encryptor.
You can then configure this program to launch it on every Windows start up automatically.
